A shared library where community members can upload and organize documents, forms, and files that the whole group needs.
Uploading & organizing
- Upload files from the community Documents page.
- Give each document a name and description so others can find it.
Sharing & visibility
When you (or a community admin) upload a document, you control who in the community can see it:
- All members — visible to everyone in the community.
- Admin only — only community admins can see it.
Members can download documents they have access to.
Links
The library supports sharing a direct link to a specific document, so you can point people to exactly the right file. A document can also be deleted when it's no longer needed.
Your personal documents
You also have a personal documents area that only you can see — a private space for files you want to keep separate from any community. See the Personal layer guide. Personal and community documents are both end-to-end encrypted.
